Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-13

1. The service

Umbra Publisher ("the service") is a private tool used by its operator to create and publish videos to TikTok and YouTube accounts that the operator owns or is authorized to manage. It is not offered to the general public.

2. Connected accounts

You connect an account through the platform's official authorization screen. You authorize the service to upload videos and read basic account and video information only for the permissions you approve. You can revoke access at any time in your TikTok or Google account settings.

3. Your responsibilities

Only connect accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
Make sure published content follows the TikTok and YouTube community guidelines and terms of service.
Do not use the service for spam, misleading content or content that infringes the rights of others.

4. Content

You keep all rights to the content you publish. AI-assisted content is labeled as such when the platform offers that option.

5. Third-party platforms

Use of TikTok and YouTube is also governed by their own terms. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube or Google.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for lost data, account actions taken by the platforms, or indirect damages.

7. Changes and contact

These terms may change; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: the contact form of the operator.
