What we collect

When you connect a TikTok or YouTube account, the service receives and stores:

OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by the platform;
basic profile information (account ID, display name and avatar);
information about videos sent through the service (IDs, titles, status and view statistics).

We do not collect data from viewers, followers or any other users of the platforms.

How we use it

Only to send videos to the connected account, check their status and show performance numbers to the account owner. We do not sell, rent or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and security

Data is stored on a private computer controlled by the operator and is not exposed to the internet. Tokens are never shown publicly.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account remains connected. You can revoke access at any time in your TikTok or Google account settings, and you can request deletion of all stored data through the contact form of the operator; we delete it within 30 days.

Third parties

Data exchanged with TikTok and YouTube is also subject to the TikTok Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy. Use of YouTube data follows the YouTube Terms of Service.

Ao conectar uma conta do TikTok ou do YouTube, o Umbra Publisher guarda apenas os tokens de acesso, dados básicos do perfil (ID, nome e avatar) e informações dos vídeos enviados por ele (IDs, títulos, status e visualizações). Esses dados ficam num computador privado, servem só para enviar e acompanhar os vídeos da própria conta e não são vendidos nem compartilhados. Você pode revogar o acesso a qualquer momento nas configurações da sua conta e pedir a exclusão dos dados (atendido em até 30 dias).
